Your First Visit
When you give us a call to schedule your first visit with us, our team will ask you some basic questions and gather your dental insurance and personal information, as well as ask how you heard about us. We’ll schedule your appointment and take a reservation deposit over the phone.
When you arrive on the day of your scheduled visit, we’ll greet you as soon as you get off the elevator, have you fill out any necessary forms, and offer you coffee, tea, or water from our beverage bar. Our team will take you back to one of our treatment rooms to go over your medical history form and give you a short tour of the office before getting your checkup and cleaning started!

Dental Insurance
We stand by our dedication to providing patients with the highest quality of care by not recommending treatments based on insurance benefits. We diagnose and recommend treatment plans based on what our patients actually need, and we are fully transparent about pricing. We do everything we’re able to make sure that your treatment plans are affordable, including offering financing and discussing other payment options.
Financing Available
We understand that paying out-of-pocket for an entire treatment plan isn’t an option for all of our patients, which is why we offer additional flexible financing through Cherry. Upon approval, you’ll be able to choose between 6, 12, 18, 24, and 36-month payment plans at little-to-no interest.
